Lois Frankel holds a commanding lead in the Florida 23rd congressional district race due to the seat’s post-redistricting Democratic tilt, her long tenure and primary victory, and a substantial fundraising advantage over Republican Deborah Adeimy. The district, covering parts of southern Palm Beach and Broward counties, carries a Democratic lean reflected in recent election results and ratings from forecasters such as the Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball. Frankel raised more than $2.2 million through July with over $1.2 million cash on hand, while Adeimy, who won her August primary but has previously lost congressional bids, reported far lower totals. With the November 3 general election weeks away and no major recent developments altering the race, traders price in the structural and resource disparities. Late shifts could occur from national political waves, unusually low turnout, or unforeseen candidate developments, though such factors have not yet materialized in verifiable reporting.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
